Tips for Healthy Living

General health and well being can be enhanced by building the whole immune system - body / soul / spirit.

Innersophia Girl’s Tips Relating to Healthy Eating
    
Good eating habits are essential for maintaining a healthy physical body, so if possible try to find organic or biodynamic foods.

You can still use your favourite recipes while substituting ingredients such as processed foods or those soaked in preservatives or chemicals, ith richly nourishing biodynamic foods. These include milk, yogurt, flour, oats and bread.

Pure honey is a good healthy substitute for white, refined sugar .

Roast pumpkin and potato by covering the slices in biodynamic yogurt and bake as usual - a scrumptious meal without the fat or oil.

And now for our favourite tip!

A hearty brekky can be prepared the evening before so you can stay in bed just a little longer. Try this recipe tomorrow – we think it’s yummy:
        
Home made muesli

Biodynamic or organic rolled oats

Sundried sultanas and other sulphur free dried fruits you love

Add grated organic apple, grapes, banana or kiwi fruit and chopped nuts then mix with bio yogurt, a teaspoon of pure honey and even some pure cream.

When the mixture is smooth and creamy cover and leave in fridge overnight.

Ready to eat on the way to work, or as you are getting dressed - why not take some in a little container to work and have it during the day when you feel  like a chocolate bar?
